An Upside Down View

Yesterday gazing out my window I noticed a mom and her child walking down the street with the daughter every few steps stopping to do a cartwheel.  I smiled remembering that golden time with my niece when she first learned how to twirl upside down.  She was doing it everywhere – cement and all – kinda like this little girl who couldn’t stop moving to the motion.  Perhaps it’s a momentary pause at that stage – to view life from another angle.  It was a good reminder to me.  Don’t sweat the small stuff.  Take another viewpoint.  Open to an inverted glance.  Better yet, go twirl and let the motion carry me where it may.
